نحن نحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة ما هي البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك لتطبيقاتنا، ولماذا نجمعها، وكيف نحميها، وما هي حقوقك. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الهاتف. يتم تسجيل الدخول برمز تحقق (OTP) يُرسل إلى رقمك، ولا نستخدم كلمات مرور.
• بيانات الطلبات: المنتجات المطلوبة، المتجر، عنوان التوصيل، الملاحظات، قيمة الطلب وحالته.
• الموقع الجغرافي:
  • للزبون: لتحديد عنوان التوصيل وعرض المتاجر القريبة، فقط عند منح الإذن.
  • للكابتن (السائق): أثناء العمل وتوفّره لاستلام الطلبات، لإسناد الطلبات القريبة وتتبّع التوصيل.
  • للتاجر: موقع المتجر الثابت لحساب مسافة وأجور التوصيل.
• وثائق الكابتن: صور الهوية وإجازة السوق، ورقم اللوحة ولون وسنة المركبة، وذلك للتحقق من هوية السائق فقط.
• بيانات المتجر (للتاجر): اسم المتجر وعنوانه ووصفه ورقم هاتفه وصور المنتجات.
• الصور: الصورة الشخصية أو صور المنتجات التي تختار رفعها من الكاميرا أو المعرض.
• بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات (Push Token) لإرسال إشعارات الطلبات، واسم الجهاز لإدارة جلسات الدخول.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP وسجلات الطلبات لحماية الخدمة ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.

لا نجمع أو نخزّن بيانات البطاقات المصرفية.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• إنشاء حسابك والتحقق من رقم هاتفك.
• تنفيذ الطلبات وتوصيلها ومشاركة المعلومات الضرورية بين الزبون والتاجر والكابتن.
• إرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب والعروض.
• حساب أجور التوصيل والمستحقات المالية.
• حماية الحسابات ومنع الاحتيال وتطبيق حدود الاستخدام.
• تقديم الدعم الفني وتحسين الخدمة.

3. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي جهة. نشارك فقط ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة:

• بين أطراف الطلب: يرى التاجر والكابتن اسم الزبون وعنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف لإتمام الطلب، ويرى الزبون اسم الكابتن وموقعه أثناء التوصيل.
• مزوّدو الخدمة: مزوّد رسائل رمز التحقق (عبر واتساب أو SMS)، وخدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google للإشعارات، وخرائط Google لعرض المواقع، ومزوّد الاستضافة.
• الجهات القانونية: عند وجود طلب قانوني رسمي ملزم.

4. حماية البيانات

• جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS.
• رموز التحقق تُخزّن مشفّرة (Hash)، وتنتهي صلاحيتها خلال دقائق، ولها عدد محاولات محدود.
• وثائق الكابتن محفوظة في تخزين خاص غير متاح للعامة، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا المخوّلون من الإدارة.
• الوصول للبيانات مقيّد بالصلاحيات، وكل مستخدم يرى بياناته فقط.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب

نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة وجود حسابك. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: من صفحة الحساب ثم حذف الحساب، أو بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه.

عند حذف الحساب نقوم بـ:

• حذف الاسم ورقم الهاتف والصورة الشخصية بشكل نهائي.
• حذف صور الهوية وإجازة السوق من الخوادم.
• حذف العناوين المحفوظة ورموز الإشعارات، وإنهاء جميع جلسات الدخول فوراً.

نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والسجلات المالية بشكل مجهول الهوية (غير مرتبط بك) لأغراض محاسبية وقانونية.

6. حقوقك

• الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق.
• إيقاف الإشعارات أو إذن الموقع من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
• طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها عبر التواصل معنا.

7. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمت بأن طفلاً قدّم لنا بيانات، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها.

8. التعديلات على السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر أي تعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث التاريخ أعلاه، وقد نُعلمك داخل التطبيق عند وجود تغيير جوهري.

Privacy Policy

Wain apps (Customer app, Captain & Merchant app) — Last updated: 2026-10-05

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our apps, why we collect it, how we protect it, and your rights. By using the apps you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name and phone number. Sign-in uses a one-time code (OTP) sent to your number; we do not use passwords.
• Order data: ordered items, store, delivery address, notes, order value and status.
• Location:
  • Customers: to set the delivery address and show nearby stores, only when permission is granted.
  • Captains (drivers): while working and available, to assign nearby orders and track deliveries.
  • Merchants: the fixed store location, used to calculate delivery distance and fees.
• Captain documents: ID and driving licence photos, plate number, vehicle color and year — used only to verify the driver.
• Store data (merchants): store name, address, description, phone and product photos.
• Photos: profile or product photos you choose to upload from the camera or gallery.
• Device data: push notification token for order updates, and device name to manage sign-in sessions.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs, to protect the service and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not collect or store bank card details.

2. How we use your data

• To create your account and verify your phone number.
• To fulfil and deliver orders, sharing only the necessary details between customer, merchant and captain.
• To send order status notifications and offers.
• To calculate delivery fees and earnings.
• To secure accounts, prevent fraud and enforce usage limits.
• To provide support and improve the service.

3. Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share only what is needed to provide the service:

• Between order parties: the merchant and captain see the customer's name, delivery address and phone to complete the order; the customer sees the captain's name and location during delivery.
• Service providers: our verification-code provider (WhatsApp or SMS), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, Google Maps for maps, and our hosting provider.
• Legal authorities: when required by a valid, binding legal request.

4. Security

• All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Verification codes are stored hashed, expire within minutes and allow a limited number of attempts.
• Captain documents are kept in private storage, accessible only to authorised staff.
• Access is permission-based; each user can see only their own data.

5. Retention and account deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: open your account page and tap Delete account, or by emailing us at the address below.

When an account is deleted we:

• Permanently erase your name, phone number and profile photo.
• Delete ID and licence photos from our servers.
• Delete saved addresses and push tokens, and end all sessions immediately.

Order and financial records are kept in anonymised form (no longer linked to you) for accounting and legal purposes.

6. Your rights

• View and edit your data in the app.
• Turn off notifications or location permission in your device settings at any time.
• Request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by contacting us.

7. Children's privacy

The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and we may notify you in the app of significant changes.
